The Opportunity

This role based at Frenchs Forest presents a fantastic opportunity to join a leading medical device company where you will be well supported to do your best. In this role you will be involved in many administrative activities, so you will have to be well organised, and task focussed. Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately and efficiently processing customer enquiries and orders

  • Managing customer interactions end-to-end via phone and email

  • Providing customer service support to our clinical support team, hospitals and distributors.

  • Sending and closing out sales orders and data entry

  • Following up allograft usage and liaising with hospital contacts

  • Coordinating consignment restock

Experience & Qualifications

  • Dedication to work in a team environment

  • A mature approach with great attention to detail

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

  • Ability to build quality relationships and collaborate with sales teams and medical professionals

  • Time management skills

  • Good Computer Literacy
