The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities 

  • Accurately and efficiently processing customer enquiries and orders
  • Managing customer interactions end-to-end via phone and email
  • Providing customer service support to our clinical support team, hospitals and distributors
  • Sending and closing out sales orders and data entrFollowing up allograft usage and liaising with hospital contactCoordinating consignment restock

Experience & Qualifications

  • Dedication to work in a team environment
  • A mature approach with great attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to build quality relationships and collaborate with sales teams and medical professional
  • Time management skills
  • Good Computer Literacy
