
Customer Service Team Leader

This role reports to the Head of Facilities and Asset Management Manager and is responsible for delivering maintenance and property services to Aruma's portfolio nationally. The main duties of this role include managing and scheduling maintenance works, assisting with invoicing, managing property software platforms, and responding to stakeholder requests for property services.
- This role involves supporting the development and administration of systems for maintenance requests, contracts for facility maintenance services, and the invoicing and payments process.
- The role also involves managing and coordinating contractors, maintaining a database of repairs and maintenance requests, and obtaining quotes from contractors.
- Other duties of this role include recording meeting minutes, managing the after-hours phone roster, overseeing the contractor induction process, and ensuring compliance with legislative frameworks related to building regulations, WHS, and other relevant legislation.
- The role is also responsible for driving team engagement and performance to meet KPIs and achieve budget goals, as well as contributing to annual capital refurbishment plans.
**About you**
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in maintenance and services delivery within a large property portfolio and leading a team.
- Can work independently and as part of a team and be able to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
- Experience in disability or related sector (such as Human Services).
- Previous experience using software platforms, bonus point for property platforms.
- Financial literacy and experience with monitoring budgets
