We're seeking an experienced ICT Support Officer to join a large government organisation on a 5-month contract based in East Perth. This role will focus on reorganising knowledge management sites, refining ICT policies and procedures, and supporting the implementation of a new change management framework.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reorganise and maintain knowledge management platforms and documentation.
  • Refine ICT policies, procedures, and supporting materials.
  • Support the rollout of a new change management framework.
  • Develop and deliver ICT communication materials and strategies.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation.

Skills & Experience We're Looking For

  • Solid understanding of knowledge management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Hands-on experience with knowledge management tools and platforms such as SharePoint and Teams.
  • Ability to develop and deliver clear ICT communications for diverse internal and external stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of change management principles and practices.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
