Your new role is diverse, involving a mix of administrative tasks and client communications. You'll assist the sales team by processing orders, preparing quotes and proposals, maintaining CRM data, and supporting customer inquiries. Your focus will be on ensuring smooth sales operations and enhancing customer experience through effective coordination and communication.

• Assist the sales team with processing orders, quotes, and proposals, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
• Maintain and update customer records, sales reports, and CRM systems to ensure accurate data tracking.
• Monitor and manage sales documentation, contracts, and agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Respond to customer inquiries, providing product information and assisting with order-related questions.
• Liaise with clients to ensure smooth communication between the sales team and customers.
• Assist in scheduling and coordinating sales meetings, client follow-ups, and appointments.
• Support the Account Management Team in the preparation of presentations, reports, tender responses /proposals and budgets for clients as required.
• Assist in procurement processes such as reporting on back-orders, and providing updates to relevant project teams on procurement status.
• Assist in the input of stock into inventory as per documentation and compliance processes.
• As knowledge of the company grows, you may assume Account Management responsibilities for a designated client portfolio, maintaining consistent communication, identifying sales opportunities, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction; you will serve as the primary contact for your clients and coordinate with internal operations as required.
• Team oriented; able to work autonomously and set priorities; effective interpersonal & communication skills; customer oriented – both internal and external; resilience and confidence to learn and grow daily; keen attention to detail.

• At least 3 years' experience in a professional environment.
• Knowledge of leading ICT hardware and software solutions.
• Experience in an MSP environment.
• PSA (ConnectWise) experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Knowledge of the Local Government landscape.
