Melbourne, Victoria, Australia The Luxuriate Full time $90,000 - $120,000 per year
Supply Chain & Production Planner
About The Luxuriate

The Luxuriate is an Australian candle house reimagining how people experience scent and design at home. We craft one-of-a-kind refillable stone candles—each holder carved from natural onyx or marble—paired with premium refills designed by our perfumer. Our pieces are sold globally and admired for their beauty, rarity, and sustainability.

We're a fast-growing business scaling our subscription model, expanding internationally, and building the systems that will carry us into our next phase of growth. We value creativity, craftsmanship, and forward-thinking—and we're looking for people who share that spirit.

About the Role

We're looking for a Supply Chain & Production Planner to forecast demand, manage supplier orders, and keep our global stock flowing smoothly. This role balances big-picture planning with hands-on coordination — from placing POs with China to ensuring our Melbourne warehouse is always ahead of schedule.

This is an office-based role in Melbourne where you'll ensure products are produced on time and move seamlessly from supplier to customer. You'll also play a key role in strengthening our ERP and reporting systems, using Excel and other tools to bring clarity to production and inventory planning.

What you'll do
  • Manage purchasing for production supplies, packaging, and components; issue and track POs.
  • Coordinate with overseas suppliers and freight partners on timelines, specifications, and shipping documentation.
  • Plan and forecast stock levels for stone holders, candle refills, seasonal launches, and packaging—primarily for Australia and the USA, with some international expansion.
  • Maintain accurate inventory, reorder points, and stock coverage to ensure continuity of supply.
  • Provide weekly reporting on production schedules, inbound shipments, and inventory risks.
  • Partner with marketing and operations to align production with campaign and subscription demand.
  • Support the use and improvement of ERP/inventory systems and advanced Excel reporting for visibility and forecasting.
  • Build scalable processes and SOPs for purchasing, QC checks, and supplier management.
What you'll bring
  • 2+ years' experience in production, supply chain, purchasing, or inventory roles (FMCG, consumer goods, or retail preferred).
  • Experience managing overseas suppliers, ideally in China.
  • Strong planning and forecasting ability, with advanced Excel/Sheets skills (pivot tables, lookups, modelling).
  • Experience working with ERP or inventory systems.
  • Clear communication, strong attention to detail, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
Why you'll love it here
  • Own the production and supply function for a design-led brand with global reach.
  • Be part of a collaborative, creative team where your work directly impacts growth.
  • Generous staff discounts across our entire range.
  • Opportunities to expand your role as the business grows.
  • A fast-paced but supportive environment where ideas are valued.
