About the business
We are recruiting a Project Co-Ordinator to join our team. Reporting directly to the Team Leader and Administration Manager, the duties of the role will include providing consultation, communication and assistance to our clients with all aspects of the administration process of their new home from initial signing through to site start. This role is a key position in the business and requires someone with passion, determination and advanced organisational skills who is keen to work in a fast paced environment alongside a passionate existing team.

About the role
- Report directly to the Team Leader and Administration Manager on performance and the progress of each project.
- Prepare and organise contractual documentation and liaise with clients and their sales consultant.
- Follow-up client for finance and settlement documentation.
- Ensure a maximum level of customer service is delivered to clients.
- Raise variations as required.
- Run daily workflow analysis on Framework (Workflow System) and keep up to date with required milestones.
- Attend weekly job book meetings Admin Manager to report on progress and milestones of each project.
- Co-ordinate and drive timeline and ok2start date of projects based on titles, finance, shire approvals and completion of all selections.
To be successful in this role you will be required to have:
- High attention to detail.
- Experience in similar role essential (minimum 1-2 years in the residential building industry).
- Personal accountability.
- Experience managing relationships and effective communication skills.
- Effective time management.
- Advanced organisational skills
