For 38+ years we've been the largest specialist Pump Company in Southeast Queensland, serving our community with 70+ passionate people across five branches. We're a family business that values our people, invests in training and growth, and is proud of the work we do for customers across farming, trade, commercial, and residential sectors.

About the role:

You'll be at the heart of our marketing efforts—helping us tell our story, connect with customers, and drive growth. This is a hands-on role with room to evolve, ideal for someone who's ready to take ownership and grow with the business.

Key Responsibilities


• Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels


• Create engaging content


• Manage and grow our social media presence


• Support website updates, and customer activities


• Assist with event planning and promotional initiatives


• Track campaign performance and report on results


• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners

What You Will Bring


• 3+ years of marketing experience or relevant qualifications


• Strong communication and content creation skills


• Familiarity with social media, email marketing, and design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite)


• A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn


• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines


• Interest in technical products or B2B marketing is a plus
