**Posion Summary**:
The Client Relaonship Officer will be responsible for developing and managing relaonships with clients and referrals sources in their region which generate leads for new client prospects in all of Point Care’s business channels. The Client Relaonship Officer will be the first point of contact for all referrals and leads generated from sales and markeng programs and will be responsible for working with Client Service Managers to assess suitability and manage prospects through to the intake stage.

**Reporng to**: The Operaons Manager.

**Direct Reports**: Nil

**Works with: Client Service Managers, Compliance, Social Media Officer, and Intake.**

**Key Responsibilies**:
1. Generate and convert leads through sales and markeng iniaves.

2. Maintain and build relaonships with exisng parcipants, Support Coordinators, Plan Managers, and Allied Health Professionals.

3. Idenfy and pursue new business opportunies within the NDIS sector. Develop and maintain strong

relaonships with key stakeholders, including NDIS planners, support coordinators, and parcipants.

4. Manage the inial assessment, intake, and onboarding processes for new parcipants.

5. Provide advice and informaon to potenal clients, carers, parents, and families.

6. Foster posive working relaonships with external and internal stakeholders.

7. Work collaboravely with the Client Services Managers in each region to idenfy opportunies and fill vacancies.

8. Prepare monthly reports for the Operaons Manager.

9. Maintain clear and accurate records.

10. Support parcipants, families, and carers in understanding and accessing our services and policies.

11. Act as the ‘face’ of the business, building brand awareness.

12. Network across the disability and community care sector.

13. Idenfy and assess new SIL home opportunies.

14. Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competor acvies.

15. Aend Expos, Forums, Open days, and Networking events to promote our support services.

16. Work collaboravely with the Operaons Manager to implement Point Care’s growth strategy.

17. Aend exisng SIL homes and report findings as part of our internal audit process from me to me as required.

18. Meet and exceed sales targets and growth objecves.

**Skills & Experience**:
∙ NDIS sales, client relaonship or business development experience is a pre-requisite.

∙ Highly success focussed.

∙ Able to work autonomously and priorise workload to achieve maximum efficiency.

∙ Must be able to travel throughout the region for work.

∙ Exemplary communicaon skills

∙ Ability to build enduring, high-quality relaonships.

**Salary**: $64,296.02 - $145,312.49 per year
