Reporting to the Recruitment Manager - you will design and implement marketing programs and solutions that will provide a strong pipeline of high-quality talent in order to meet future resourcing needs across the business. This includes optimising our brand and profile to the external market, partnering with external providers, managing targeted talent attraction activities, and coordinating key internal talent capability programs to align to future business needs.

You will enjoy devising pragmatic solutions to complex issues relating to future talent and resourcing requirements. You will execute various marketing activities in order to elevate Mackellar’s employer brand and market reputation.

Specifically you will:

- Design, develop and implement talent attraction and engagement marketing programs that support and enable improved business performance, including early engagement models, as well as external partnerships
- Support the strategic workforce planning process and associated activities at Mackellar as required and provide relevant market data and trends to assist in building a future ready workforce.

About you

To add value in this role, you will have extensive knowledge and experience in the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns that align with recruitment practices, using a range of best practice, contemporary, and innovative methods and techniques.

You will bring extensive experience in executing 'fit for purpose' talent attraction strategies across an organisation that has a diverse workforce (blue & white collar), as well exposure to bulk recruitment programs. Strategic in your approach, you will possess exceptional project management expertise, with the ability to develop structured project plans, ensuring required outcomes are achieved within agreed budgets and timeframes.

Naturally, you will demonstrate:

- Demonstrated experience in managing social media, marketing and communications campaigns that support the business across Recruitment activities
- A proactive and professional working style and the ability to build relationships across all levels of the business
- A strong business acumen, resilience in order to flex and navigate a changing environment and enthusiasm to get involved in broader organisational activities that will contribute to business outcomes; and
- Exceptional influencing skills, with the ability to provide substantial support and advice within a large organisation, demonstrating great flexibility in adapting to the needs of the business.

You will be comfortable working in a role which blends strategy with operational delivery and flexing between the two as the business requires. You will enjoy building strong, productive relationships with various stakeholders (internal / external) and be a collaborative team player with a down-to-earth working style.
