ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a reliable, customer friendly and fast learning person to join our Pickles Mining group at our facility based in Moranbah, QLD 4744. Enjoy the security of this permanent full-time position working Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm.
Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to, the following:
- Manage and maintain the Moranbah facility including overseeing WHS
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing stock and deliveries for the facility, ensuring items are accurately entered into our system, valued, photographed and uploaded to the website
- Unload all goods coming into the facility and then load purchased goods onto transport after auction
- Review stock reports to ensure the steady flow through the site by placing assets to sale
- Develop and maintain vendor relationships
- Assist with asset inspections for our Valuations team and their clients
ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and experience:
- Valid Australian drivers' licence and forklift licence are essential
- Experience working with heavy machinery or a relevant trade certification would be advantageous
- High level interpersonal skills and proven experience building and maintain client relationships
- Ability to learn and use new systems and databases
- Outstanding time management skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously
