A full time permanent opportunity exists for a Maintenance Co-Ordinator to join the team at our Mackay Office.

CCL Specialised has significantly grown our fleet of semi's and tilt trays operating QLD wide from our Paget depot. We are looking to add a professional team member to coordinate our maintenance activities with a long-term view to becoming our asset manager.

The successful applicant will be responsible for coordinating maintenance activities on a day to day basis, completing administrational tasks in our asset management software and procuring parts. Main duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Co-ordinating maintenance activities
  • Procurement - parts / consumables and stock
  • Cost control
  • Administrative tasks in asset management software

The successful applicant will have:

  • Current drivers licence
  • Computer literate
  • Great communication skills
  • Professional attitude and behaviour
  • Attention to detail
  • Highly organized and efficient time management skills
  • Be able to multi-task
  • Ability to work well without supervision
  • Heavy vehicle mechanical experience or exposure
