We're looking for an On-site Packaging Designer / Artworker to bring ideas to life across packaging, point-of-sale, brand collateral, and digital assets. You'll collaborate closely with our Marketing Coordinator and lead a junior designer, taking projects from concept to final execution with minimal supervision.

Our ideal designer has a "can-do" attitude, is curious and proactive, and isn't afraid to say, "I googled it and learned how to do it." You'll need to be hands-on, creative, and confident in your design judgment — from shaping bold concepts to producing flawless print-ready artwork.

What You'll Do


• Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to deliver creative solutions.


• Prepare clean, print-ready artwork across multiple formats.


• Adapt existing designs for new sizes, packaging, and marketing applications.


• Develop engaging layouts and solve visual challenges creatively.


• Roll out new designs for product range extensions.


• Ensure brand consistency and production accuracy across all outputs.


• Create digital and physical mock-ups for presentations and samples.


• Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.


• Keep an organized database of artwork and photography assets.


• Coordinate photo shoots (photography knowledge a plus).


• Assign tasks to the junior designer, monitor progress, and set priorities based on project importance and urgency.


• Print materials such as stickers, posters, and point-of-sale items, as well as materials for new product development.


• Participate in the creation of videos and animated assets for campaigns (not essential but desirable).

About You


• Qualification in Graphic Design (or equivalent).


• 6+ years of experience in packaging, retail, or toy industry design.


• A strong portfolio showcasing creativity and precise artwork execution.


• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop); Canva and Shopify are a plus.


• Familiar with print processes, dielines, and packaging guidelines.


• Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and time management.


• A creative problem-solver who can work independently and as part of a team.


• Passionate about crafting and able to produce physical mock-ups.


• Curious, communicative, open to feedback, and eager to learn new tools (AI included).


• Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident with full working rights.
