As a Site Foreman specializing in fitouts at Paramount Projects, you will play a crucial role in overseeing on-site fitout construction activities. Your leadership skills, technical expertise, and dedication to safety will be instrumental in ensuring the successful completion of fitout projects in Kingsgrove and the surrounding areas.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Fitout Leadership**:

- Lead and inspire on-site fitout teams in Kingsgrove, ensuring a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and project timelines specific to fitout requirements.
- **Fitout Project Coordination**:

- Collaborate with fitout project managers, designers, and subcontractors to coordinate and execute fitout activities seamlessly.
- Monitor daily progress and promptly address any fitout-specific issues to maintain project schedule.
- **Quality Assurance for Fitouts**:

- Conduct regular inspections to uphold Paramount Projects' high-quality standards in fitouts and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Implement corrective actions to address any fitout-specific deviations from quality expectations.
- **Communication**:

- Serve as a central point of contact between on-site fitout personnel, fitout project management, and other stakeholders.
- Provide regular updates on fitout project progress, challenges, and milestones.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Site Foreman in fitouts within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of fitout construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple fitout tasks and prioritize effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission
- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Construction: 2 years (preferred)

- Australia (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 50% (required)
