Our client is looking for an efficient and organised Project Coordinator to manage various administrative, operational and project-related tasks.

About the Role:

Archerfield, QLD

6-month contract

$45.83 per hour + plus penalties

Monday to Friday | 8am – 5pm

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing purchase orders, invoices, timesheets and contractor memos
  • Coordinating staff schedules, inductions, travel arrangements and facilities tickets
  • Tracking overtime, managing budgets and overseeing POs and accruals
  • Assisting with project management meetings, toolbox talks and risk register discussions
  • Maintaining up-to-date staff records, including leave registers, emergency evacuation lists and sign-in sheets
  • Managing SharePoint sites, communications, and supporting training and deployment planning
  • Ordering uniforms, safety equipment, stationery and catering

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • High attention to detail and the ability to prioritize effectively
  • Confidence in managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Adobe Sign and Microsoft Office Suite
  • The ability to pass a pre-employment medical
