Site Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and lead construction teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure projects stay on track
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes
- Oversee the daily operations of the construction site, including scheduling, equipment and material management
- Provide training and mentorship to junior team members

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in construction, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Knowledge of construction industry best practices, building codes, and safety regulations
- Proficient in project management tools and software
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Certifications or licenses in relevant trade

**Salary**: $75,045.70 - $145,000.00 per year

- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Archerfield Q, LD 4108: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Post Trade: 3 years (preferred)
