About the Role

Due to an increase in workload, we're seeking an experienced Leading Hand (Carpentry Qualified) to join the team on a contract/temporary basis, with the potential for ongoing work. This role offers the chance to play a key part in exciting modular projects and to work with a dynamic, innovative team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate a small team of trades and labourers
  • Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure project deadlines are met
  • Maintain quality standards and safe work practices
  • Support the production and assembly of modular builds

Skills and Experience:

  • Qualified Carpenter (Cert III in Carpentry or equivalent)
  • Previous experience leading a team in a construction or manufacturing environment
  • Experience in modular building highly regarded
  • QBuild licence beneficial
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
