Administration Assistant- Community team.

Your opportunity

In this role, you will contribute to delivering programs and resources that empower Westfield Destination teams to connect with local communities. You will support the Westfield Local Heroes program and play a vital part in our community initiatives. Your efforts will help ensure high-quality outcomes, clear communication, and consistent support for our staff, customers, retail partners, community partners and the broader community.

About the Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting community program delivery by ensuring timely record-keeping, managing information and inboxes, and facilitating effective communication. You'll work closely with the team to deliver all community programs, provide supporting materials for Westfield Local Hero marketing activations and campaigns and proactively communicate with other teams across the business, community partners and Westfield Local Hero participants. .This is an administration support role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the Westfield Local Hero program, including nominations, selection panels and communication plans
  • Lead Volunteering and Workplace Giving initiatives.
  • Support the Community Manager with digital platform management.
  • Maintain and update spreadsheets for community initiatives and partnerships.
  • Monitor community email inboxes and chat for effective communication.
  • Organize and archive program-related documentation, photos, and feedback.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date content on the Community Hub SharePoint.
  • Collaborate with the Community Team to ensure timely task delivery.

  • Willingness to work alongside team members and other departments to achieve common goals.
  • Attention to detail and careful in ensuring accuracy in data entry and documentation.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, and other digital tools.
