Position

We're looking for a commercially minded FP&A Manager reporting to the CFO in a newly created role and will play a key member of the finance leadership team.

You'll provide insight, rigour and clarity to support decision-making across the organisation. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building budgets and forecasts from the ground up and working closely with the business to drive performance.

Working closely with the CFO, you'll ensure alignment across business analysis, reporting, allocation methodologies, and costing and pricing, while bringing discipline to planning and forecast processes.

Profile

  • Strong commercial FP&A experience
  • Comfortable being hands-on and detail-oriented while maintaining a strategic lens
  • Experience working in service delivery environments, ideally with grant-funded models
  • High EQ, self-aware and a genuine team player who builds trusted relationships
  • Confident communicator who can work effectively across finance and non-finance stakeholders
  • Ability to travel frequently
