We are seeking an efficient administrator and bookkeeper to manage our busy and dynamic office from Monday to Friday, 17 hours per week at Fourth Avenue, Burringbar, NSW.

The successful applicant will support the Board by managing and organising office administration, payroll and bookkeeping records, stock ordering and invoicing, and assist with promotions and marketing. The Club has recently moved to Quickbooks, so for continuity, experience with this program is highly desirable. Experience with other programs will be considered however.

If you have a thorough attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills, can prioritise tasks with limited supervision, and thrive in a small team environment, we'd love to hear from you.
