About the role

We are seeking an experienced part-time Assistant Club Manager to join the team at Bruens Asset Management in Helensvale, QLD. This role will involve providing high-quality administrative and operational support to the Club Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the club.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing comprehensive administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling, and managing correspondence
  2. Assisting with the coordination and execution of various club events and functions
  3. Handling member inquiries and providing excellent customer service
  4. Supporting the Club Manager in day-to-day operations and decision-making
  5. Maintaining detailed records and generating reports as required
  6. Liaising with external stakeholders, such as suppliers and contractors
  7. Contributing to the overall success and growth of the club

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role, preferably within the club/hospitality industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders
  3. Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  4. Proficiency in using various office software, such as Microsoft Office, and the ability to quickly adapt to new systems and technologies
  5. A customer-focused approach and a genuine desire to contribute to the success of the club
  6. A flexible and adaptable mindset, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
