About the Role

Reporting to the Manager - Aged Care Services, you will support the day-to-day operations of our grant funded services. From our thoughtfully curated activities and wellness programs through to creating nutritious meals that bring joy to the senses and coordinating transport services, we're shaping the future of ageing positively.

What you'll be doing:

  • Providing advice, recommendations and guidance to support staff who are committed to providing exceptional services to our community.
  • Supporting the Manager to review and develop financially sustainable programs that respond to community needs and funding opportunities.
  • Monitoring and reviewing data to support reporting requirements and informed decision making.
  • Collaborating with other staff across Council and the industry to stayed informed of current and emerging trends, changes to legislative requirements and to meet our community's needs.
  • Turning feedback into fuel for constant improvement, ensuring a positive and proactive approach to leading our grant funded services.

About You

Previous experience in a similar role will be helpful, as well as a good understanding of the Aged Care sector, legislation and funding requirements to help you with coordinating successful and exceptional services to our community.You will be open to doing things differently and being brave with flair and creativity.You have excellent communication skills with an ability to juggle responsibilities like a pro.Your charisma, innovation and fun will create a work environment where the team thrive, and success feels like part of the natural journey.
