Outreach Program Coordinator - LOCATION ELIZABETH SOUTH AUSTRALIA

APS Level 6

**RESPONSIBILITES**
- Collaboratively manage and coordinate the regions Outreach Program
- Contribution to the continuous quality improvement of the Outreach Program at both region and national levels
- Coordination and participation in the selection, orientation and resourcing of suitably qualified and experienced outreach counsellors in line with policy
- Facilitation of the delivery of high quality clinical outreach services for eligible clients in rural and outer metropolitan areas in conjunction with other Open staff
- Manage all referral including data management
- Manage all QA associated with referrals
- Provide liaison to all stakeholders
- Keep all stakeholders updated on policies and procedures
- Liaise with all stakeholders in meeting the needs of veterans and ADF communities and families
- Participate in learning and development activities
- Participate in community development and service promotion activities
- Participate in program evaluation and development of clinical policy and procedures
