What you'll be doing in this role?
The principle objective of the Case Manager supports the Family Violence Perpetrator Program through intake and assessment; provides individual case management utilising the integrated/individual treatment plan to provide client directed care.

Your Work Will Include

  • Process referrals to service utilising a range of IT systems.
  • Undertake client assessments of suitability for Family Violence Perpetrator Case Management and/or Men's Behaviour Change Program
  • Undertake perpetrator risk assessment for self-harm or harm to others.
  • Contribute to the sharing of information with internal programs and external service providers, in accordance with relevant legislation

What We're Looking For

  • Relevant tertiary degree with substantial experience; or associate diploma level with substantial experience in the relevant service stream; or be willing to undertake further study in the next 5 years to meet minimum qualifications as per Recommendation 209 of The Royal Commission into Family Violence.
  • A current Victorian Drivers Licence
  • A current Working with Children Check (Employee)
