About us

Penjet is a Perth-based charter airline with a boutique passenger terminal and premium lounge, offices and an operational hangar. We're a small, friendly team that takes pride in safety, presentation and hospitality.

The opportunity

We're looking for a reliable, detail-focused cleaner to keep our aircraft, hangar and facility spotless and welcoming. All training is provided.

What you'll do

  • Aircraft exterior and interior cleaning
  • Hangar/workshop cleaning
  • Lounge/terminal presentation
  • Operate cleaning equipment (training provided)
  • Follow airside safety and FOD controls; handle chemicals and PPE appropriately
  • Monitor and reorder consumables; report maintenance issues promptly
  • Work to flight schedules and adapt to short-notice changes as necessary

What you'll bring

  • Strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, pride in presentation
  • Ability to work independently, follow checklists and meet timeframes
  • Comfortable with manual handling and being on your feet (including lift/carry up to 15 kg)
  • Ability to obtain an ASIC (Aviation Security Identification Card) for airside access (we'll help with this)
  • Current driver's licence
  • Prior cleaning or detailing experience is helpful but not required—we will train you in aircraft-safe methods

Roster

  • Full-time roster (weekday shifts with some early starts/late finishes and occasional weekends aligned to flight schedules)
  • All training, PPE and equipment provided
