We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Technical Records Assistant. This position plays a vital role in maintaining accurate and up to date aircraft maintenance records within the Aerotrack system and managing all associated technical manuals. The successful applicant will receive comprehensive one on one training from the current incumbent, developing the skills and knowledge required. No prior aviation experience is necessary, just a strong willingness to learn, a proactive attitude, and a keen eye for detail.

What You'll Do:
- Maintain and update electronic aircraft maintenance records, data entry.
- Establish and manage record keeping standards and processes to ensure accuracy, consistency, and regulatory compliance
What You'll Bring:
- Demonstrated high level administrative and organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate and compliant records.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive and accountable, with the ability to identify issues, take ownership, and help implement effective resolutions.
- Proficient in computer applications relevant to recordkeeping and data management.
- Demonstrated willingness to learn and adapt to new systems or procedures.
- Australian permanent residency or citizenship.
