Aviation Administrator:

Star Aviation is an Aircraft Charter Company based at Perth Airport. The company provides aircraft charter & freight services to both Mining, Oil & Gas and government departments.

The primary responsibility of this role is to work closely with the operations manager & head of flying operations to assist with the overall aviation operations within Star Aviation. Onsite parking is available and there is a possibility of flexible hours.

The role will include:

· Terminal check in duties and other duties related to passenger service.

· Answering phones

· General office ad hoc duties

· Data entry and basic accounting duties

· Basic bookkeeping or invoicing experience

· Record filing and document control

· Assist with freight deliveries and consignments

Selection Criteria:

· Excellent Computer Skills

· Proficiency in MS Office Suite

· Responsible and can work unsupervised

· Ability to multi-task and juggle competing priorities

· Attention to detail and deadlines

· Can-Do attitude and ability

· Team Player

· Strong work ethic

· Minimum Year 12 education level required

Essential Requirements:

· Ability to successfully pass Drug screening assessments

· Ability to obtain an ASIC (Criminal history clearance in the past 10 years)

· Hold a valid driver's license

The ideal candidate will have a passion for aviation.

Some exposure or interest in the aviation industry is preferred
