Woods & Co has teamed up with a fast-growing Management Consultancy that's changing the way businesses manage their energy. As a Phone-Based Sales Agent, you'll be at the front line, speaking with small and medium-sized businesses, uncovering their needs, and helping them secure the best deals in the market. This is your chance to join a dynamic, supportive team where your drive and energy directly translate into success.

What do you do?

  • Making 40–50 calls per day to an existing database or self-sourced leads
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships with SMEs
  • Analysing client energy usage and providing tailored solutions
  • Negotiating with energy suppliers to secure the best pricing and contracts
  • Advising on energy management, efficiency, and sustainability options
