About Us

We are a professional plumbing, electrical, and air conditioning company, and we've recently been expanding into the following services:

  • Residential inverter air conditioning systems
  • Residential heat pump hot water systems

After years of operating as a dedicated installation company, we've entered a new phase of growth by building our own in-house sales team. This shift enables us to offer a fully integrated experience—from first contact to final install—all handled by our internal team.

We don't outsource our critical services. Instead, we proudly deliver with our licensed plumbers, electricians, and air conditioning installers, ensuring smoother operations, better communication, and consistent quality across every project.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Collaborate with partner sales companies to assist them in processing rebate claims under the VEU program
  • Conduct face-to-face consultations with residential and commercial clients
  • Promote government-subsidised solutions: inverter air conditioning, heat pump hot water systems
  • Provide in-person quotes after receiving lead details and confirming initial interest
  • Manage leads through CRM and follow up in a timely, professional manner
  • Occasionally travel to high-demand regional locations
  • Track your results and actively refine your sales approach

What We're Looking For
  • Sales experience in HVAC, energy, solar, or property is preferred, but not required – we also welcome applicants with strong people skills and motivation from other industries
  • Bonus: Experience in plumbing, electrical work, or air conditioning installation is highly regarded
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident speaking with homeowners, and real estate property managers
  • Strong organisation and follow-through habits
  • Tech literacy – familiar with CRM tools, email, Excel, etc.
  • Australian permanent residency or citizenship
  • A current driver's licence and reliable transport
