What you can expect from a day in this role:

As Spa Supervisor, you will work closely with the Spa Manager to support the daily operations of our luxurious spa. In this hands-on role, you'll help lead a team of skilled therapists, ensuring exceptional service standards and a seamless guest experience. Your responsibilities will include coordinating schedules, maintaining treatment quality, overseeing spa presentation and cleanliness, and delivering a range of treatments.

What you will bring to the role:?

A Diploma in Beauty Therapy coupled with proven experience in a luxury spa, lodge, or similar setting

Ideally, you'll also bring experience in a senior therapist or supervisory role to support your leadership skills

Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to support and motivate a team

Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high standards in both guest service and spa operations

Confident in managing day-to-day responsibilities while escalating key issues to the Spa Manager

Flexibility to work across a range of shifts, including weekends and holidays

Driver's licence and vehicle (preferred), or reliable transport to the property
