Occupational Therapist & Speech Pathologist - Graduate role at National 360. National 360 offers a 12-month Graduate Experience, 360 GO, across NSW, QLD, VIC, WA, TAS and SA, designed to equip graduates with the skills and support to become capable and confident Occupational Therapists and Speech Pathologists.
What you'll do- Lead the delivery of high-quality, community-based care with support and oversight from your Clinical Supervisor and Team Leader.
- Support clients in the community, at home, in clinic spaces, or via telehealth.
- Meet with your Clinical Supervisor for 1:1 or group supervision.
- Prepare for appointments, write reports, and complete case notes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary colleagues and participate in team meetings.
- Complete the Graduate Curriculum on the online LMS.
- Contribute to a diverse caseload as part of a collaborative team of Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists, Early Childhood Practitioners and Positive Behaviour Support Therapists.
360 GO is National 360's 12-month Graduate Experience to bridge university study with a rewarding career in occupational therapy and speech pathology. It provides exposure to key areas of practice and supports graduates with a structured development pathway and supervision.
What you'll learn- Simulated practice to build therapeutic skills in a safe environment.
- Experiential discovery through real-life situations to connect theory to practice.
- Theoretical learning through immersive workshops facilitated by subject matter experts.
- Individualised development with a customised roadmap to develop clinically and operationally.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy or Speech Pathology with current or pending AHPRA or SPA registration.
- Interest in community healthcare.
- Access to own vehicle and a current driver's licence.
- Willingness to obtain NDIS Workers Check and Working with Children Check.
