Graduate Speech Pathologist role providing clinical services to adult disability clients with strong support and development opportunities.
Your RoleHere's what you will be doing:
- Participate in a structured 12-month graduate program including 12 weeks of intensive training.
- Work with adult disability clients in clinic and community settings.
- Receive weekly supervision and support from a dedicated supervisor.
- Engage in quarterly alignment days for team learning and social activities.
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team in the NDIS Allied Health space.
- Utilize state-of-the-art resources and flexible work arrangements including work from home options.
The company is looking for:
- Completed Bachelor and/or Masters degree in Speech Pathology.
- Full SPA Registration or eligibility upon graduation.
- Valid Australian driver's licence and access to a car.
- Unrestricted Australian work rights.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to manage relationships with stakeholders.
