Graduate Speech Pathologist role providing clinical services to adult disability clients with strong support and development opportunities.

Your Role

Here's what you will be doing:

  • Participate in a structured 12-month graduate program including 12 weeks of intensive training.
  • Work with adult disability clients in clinic and community settings.
  • Receive weekly supervision and support from a dedicated supervisor.
  • Engage in quarterly alignment days for team learning and social activities.
  • Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team in the NDIS Allied Health space.
  • Utilize state-of-the-art resources and flexible work arrangements including work from home options.
About You

The company is looking for:

  • Completed Bachelor and/or Masters degree in Speech Pathology.
  • Full SPA Registration or eligibility upon graduation.
  • Valid Australian driver's licence and access to a car.
  • Unrestricted Australian work rights.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to manage relationships with stakeholders.
