The opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and eager Account Coordinator – Marketing and Communications to join our growing team in Melbourne.

This dynamic role is ideal for a recent graduate or someone at the beginning of their marketing and communications career.

Based in our Melbourne office, the ideal candidate is someone looking for a collaborative environment, thrives in the fast-paced world of agency of having several clients at once, and is looking to grow within the firm as they refine their skills.

Your day to day

  • Assist in the planning and execution of integrated marketing and communications campaigns.

  • Manage and maintain social media accounts across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook, including scheduling, posting, and responding to engagement.

  • Coordinate the creation and delivery of digital marketing assets including social tiles, eDMs, infographics, and presentation decks.

  • Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce on-brand creative and communication materials.

  • Manage asset libraries and version control for campaign collateral.

  • Maintain client information and project updates using , Salesforce and Meltwater.

  • Assist in managing client communications, WIPs, and meeting follow-ups.

About you

You may be a recent graduate in marketing or communications, or someone looking to jump-start your career in a vibrant agency environment. You bring high energy, have an eagerness to learn, and a strong sense of initiative to everything you do.

You're excited to get hands-on experience across a variety of marketing and communication activities and ready to grow your skills.

You value collaboration, creative thinking, and continuous learning, and you're motivated by the opportunity to work on meaningful campaigns that make a difference for clients.

Key requirements

· Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications or a related field.

· years' experience within a marketing or communications role.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Experience managing social media accounts for brands or organisations.

· Experience using Adobe InDesign an added benefit.

· An understanding of branding, content creation and digital marketing.
