, we make online ordering and marketing simple, effective, and profitable for restaurants and takeaways.

We work with hundreds of hospitality venues and groups across Australia, giving them the tools, data insights and marketing support to grow their business.

Now, we're looking for a talented 
Marketing & Account Coordinator
 to join our team and help restaurants get the best out of their digital presence.

About the Role

This role is perfect for a marketer who loves building relationships.

You'll manage a portfolio of restaurant partners — helping them grow orders, reach new customers and run effective digital campaigns. It's a mix of hands‑on marketing activity and client coordination.

You'll:

  • Plan, schedule and deliver marketing campaigns across email, social, search, SMS and more.
  • Be the main contact for your partner group — keeping communication proactive and positive.
  • Help new restaurant partners get started with Zwift and launch their first campaigns.
  • Analyse campaign performance and share recommendations for improvement.
  • Spot growth opportunities and help partners get more from Zwift's tools and features.
  • Work closely with Zwift's Design, Sales and Support teams to deliver great results.

About You

You're an energetic communicator who loves hospitality, marketing and making a real impact.

You'll bring:

  • 1–3 years' experience in marketing, account management or client services.
  • Strong communication skills and a confident, friendly phone manner.
  • Working knowledge of digital channels — email, paid ads, social media or CRM tools.
  • A proactive, organised approach and ability to manage multiple campaigns.
  • A results‑driven focus — you like seeing your work generate measurable improvement.
  • Previous experience in hospitality, tech, or marketing agency services is a bonus.
