At DOUGHKYO, we specialize in freshly baked bread, cakes, and pastries made with love and care. We're currently looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Oven Operator/Baker to join our production team. If you're passionate about baking and enjoy working behind the scenes to bring high-quality products to life, we'd love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor ovens to bake various products (breads, cakes, pastries, etc.)
  • Ensure proper baking times and temperatures according to recipes and product specifications
  • Check product quality, color, and texture to ensure consistent results
  • Load and unload baking trays and racks safely and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and organized baking area in compliance with food safety standards
  • Communicate with the kitchen team to coordinate baking schedules
  • Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of baking equipment

Requirements:

  • Previous experience operating ovens or working in a bakery is preferred
  • Strong understanding of baking processes and attention to detail
  • Ability to lift heavy trays or racks
  • Punctual, dependable, and able to work early mornings(6am), weekends and public holidays if needed.
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
