Doughkyo is a new bakery store locates in Parramatta Westfield. We are looking for two or three honest and friendly bakery assistants to join our team on a Full Time or Casual basis.

Your main duties include but not limited to:

  • Assisting the head baker in the preparation and cooking of bread.
  • Working under the supervision of the baker
  • Operating commercial cooking equipment such as mixers, ovens and stoves
  • Kitchen cleaning, such as dish washing and equipment cleaning, sanitation
  • Assists in other areas of food preparation and storage
  • Responsibilities may be adhoc from time to time

To be considered for this role you should:

  • Have basic knowledge of bakery products (training provided).
  • 3 YEARS experience in baking industry.
  • Be available to work through out the week and weekends as required.
  • Be able to work a rotating roster, starting as early as 5am.
  • Be punctual and reliable.
  • Keen to learn all aspects of the trade.
  • Legally able to work FULL TIME in Australia (Residency, Visa)
