**About the role**:
Based in our APM Corporate Head Office in West Perth, the Accounts Officer works as a member of the wider Accounts team that undertakes a range of accounts management functions to accurately capture data and maintain integrity of APM’s accounts information.

Each day is different and will keep you engaged with a range of tasks. You will use your problem solving abilities to identify and report and manage arising issues, while also liaising with financial institutions to address fraud related matters. Manage credit card top ups / balances and staff reimbursements. The position maintains an effective accounts service that also delivers the following functions:
Generation and distribution of weekly reports

Lots of engagement with financial institutions

Credit cards coding and reconciliations

Cash and Banking with accurate data input

Management of both credit cards and expense reimbursements

Reconcile bank accounts and timely processing of payment files.

This position will ideally be full time, permanent working Monday to Friday, however we will consider 4 days per week (days must include Wed, Thurs, Fri + Mon or Tues).

**About you**:
You will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills as well as a can-do attitude. You will be able to effectively manage your time as well display a strong attention to detail. Additionally, you will have:
2+ years experience as an Accounts Clerk, Account Coordinator or similar

Sound knowledge of accounts processes

Ability to adapt to a changing environment

Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, and independently to self-manage and meet deadlines

High level of computer literacy including demonstrated proficiency in MS Office suite of programs.
