We have a solid opportunity for an experienced Excavator Operator to join our team. This role is available for an immediate start and will see you working across projects in Melbourne's Southeast - predominately based in Dandenong South.

We are looking for operators who take pride in their work, enjoy being part of a team, and can deliver quality results safely and efficiently.

What we're looking for:

  • Extensive experience operating excavators of all sizes
  • Minimum 5-10 years of excavator operating experience required
  • Final trim skills with proven ability in both bulk and detailed works
  • Experience working with GPS systems - Top Con (preferred, but not essential)
  • Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
  • Reliability, a down-to-earth attitude, and a willingness to learn & follow directions
  • Ability to follow OHS procedures and site safety requirements
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment medical and ongoing drug & alcohol testing
  • Valid car licence and reliable transport
  • Availability to work 5–6 days per week or as requested there is some flexibility so let's see what works for you
  • Australian citizenship or permanent residency required
  • White Card certification required
