We currently have an opportunity for a **Field Maintenance Leading Hand**within our Water Maintenance Department located in **Dandenong South**, Vic.

**The Opportunity**
Our Energy & Utilities business is seeking a **Field Maintenance Leading Hand**to join our Water Maintenance Department in a full-time position based out of our depot in **Dandenong South**. As a successful applicant, your scope of work will include but not be limited to maintenance, construction, and renewals of the water reticulation network, planning and execution of works, allocation of tools, plant, and equipment, and field leadership of work crews.

**About You**
- Maintenance & construction experience within the Water Industry
- Cert III in Water Operations (Or equivalent)
- MR Drivers Licence or above
- Excavator Operator competency
- Trenching & Shoring competency
- Construction Induction Card (White Card)
- Working with Children Card / Check
- Experience with In-field leadership of small crews
- Proven experience using tools, plant, and equipment (e.g. Excavators)
- Preferred knowledge of Asbestos Removal
- Exceptional communications skills and time management skills; andA very strong commitment to zero harm
