We're looking for passionate and driven Store Manager to join our team at our Brighton Store.

This is your chance to manage a well established and high-performing store, engage with your local community, and create a world-class service experience for your customers. You will also get the chance to work directly with senior leaders and make a significant impact in the business growth plans

As Store Manager, you'll play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will be responsible for inventory management, product sell-through, visual merchandising, sales and budget management and most importantly providing amazing customer service.

This could be a great opportunity for a 2IC looking for the next step in their career

What you'll be doing

  • Providing outstanding customer service and assistance
  • Maintaining a clean, tidy and visually appealing store environment
  • Efficiently handling sales transactions and cash handling duties
  • Managing stock replenishment and inventory management and visual merchandising
  • Promoting and selling our premium athletic apparel and accessories
  • Managing rosters and training team members

  • Retail store management essential
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets
  • Effective roster management experience
  • A flair for apparel, merchandising and a passion for exceptional customer service
  • A strong interest in developing beneficial community relationships with local complimentary businesses and brand ambassadors
  • Someone who takes pride in how your team, store and brand is presented
  • A natural and compelling leader who can forge, maintain and develop strong working relationships
