About the Roles

We're seeking energetic, inspiring and customer-focused leaders who will play a key role in launching and running our Crown Melbourne store. Whether you're stepping into the Store Manager role or supporting as an Assistant Store Manager, you'll lead from the front, nurture your team and deliver exceptional experiences every day.

Together, you'll:

  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences – lead from the floor to bring the Koko Black journey to life across retail
  • Inspire and develop a high-performing team – recruit, coach, train and celebrate success to build a strong, values-driven culture
  • Maintain premium product presentation – ensure our chocolates, beverages and displays always meet the highest standards
  • Drive commercial success – support rostering, stock management, waste reduction and sales growth across the store
  • Champion operational excellence – ensure smooth daily operations, compliance with food safety and visual merchandising standards
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively – share updates, provide feedback and foster connection across the team and wider business
