About the role

We're looking for a hands-on, switched-on digital specialist who can take an idea and run with it.

You'll plan, build, and optimise campaigns, create content, manage socials, use AI tools to speed up production, and keep everything organised in ClickUp. You'll also draft SEO-optimised content for our content lead to refine, helping build Sensoriium's own brand presence.

This is a doer's role, perfect for someone who is confident, creative, responsive, and loves making things happen. You'll work remotely to start, with a move to our office once it's ready.

What you'll be doing
  • Plan, build, and optimise LinkedIn, Meta, and Google Ads campaigns.
  • Create, schedule, and post social content using Canva, AI tools, and video editors.
  • Use AI tools to design, script, and produce video and imagery for content campaigns.
  • Write ad copy, social captions, and creative that converts.
  • Draft SEO-optimised blogs and landing pages for Sensoriium.
  • Produce and edit short-form video.
  • Build and optimise HubSpot email campaigns, automations, and workflows that nurture leads and support client marketing systems.
  • Manage and maintain ClickUp, keeping marketing tasks, assets, and workflows organised.
  • Track and report on performance across analytics and ad platforms, identifying insights and next steps.
  • Stay on top of digital trends, AI innovation, and emerging tools that improve marketing speed, performance and promotion.
What you'll bring
  • 2–4 years of agency experience working across multiple clients or brands.
  • Proven hands-on experience across paid media, social, and content marketing.
  • Strong proficiency in Canva and AI creative tools for video and imagery.
  • Experience building HubSpot email campaigns, workflows, and automations.
  • Skilled in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Working knowledge of SEO, analytics, and digital optimisation.
  • Confident writing and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with ClickUp or other project management tools.
  • Highly responsive, accountable, and motivated to make things happen.
