Bretts Frame & Truss is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrator to support our growing technical team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills and a proactive attitude who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

About the Role

As an Administrator, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth communication, efficient workflows, and accurate data management within our Frame & Truss division. Working closely with the Technical Manager, you'll be the first point of contact for internal and external requests, coordinating responses and ensuring all information flows seamlessly.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Managing shared inboxes and distributing requests effectively.
  • Maintaining and updating documentation across digital platforms.
  • Logging and tracking data, quotations, and requests in
  • Responding to customer and supplier queries with professionalism.
  • Supporting procurement and inventory processes when required.
  • Providing general administrative and office support to the team.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who takes pride in accuracy, enjoys problem-solving, and can juggle competing priorities with ease.

You'll bring:

  • Previous experience in administration (manufacturing, construction, or timber industries highly regarded).
  • Strong computer skills including Excel, Gmail, and ideally ERP/production systems like
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
  • A sharp eye for detail and strong time management abilities.
  • A collaborative team spirit, with the ability to also work independently.
