Opportunity

We're seeking an organised and detail-oriented
Administrator
to provide critical support to our in-house legal and compliance team.

In this varied and rewarding role, you'll assist with contract management, company records, insurance administration and employee housing processes – helping ensure smooth operations and compliance across the company.

About the Role

  • Maintain and coordinate documentation within the company's contract management system
  • Support the preparation, filing and proofing of legal and compliance documents
  • Manage administrative tasks related to employee housing, leases and compliance records
  • Assist with insurance and migration documentation, including claim lodgement and data tracking
  • Provide general administrative support to the head office team, including reception and office coordination

About You

  • Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
  • Proven administrative experience, ideally within a legal, compliance or corporate setting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with professionalism
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with document management systems
  • A proactive team player who enjoys variety and working across multiple stakeholders
