Your Role:

  • Administer and manage construction contracts from start to finish.
  • Prepare and review progress claims, variations, and subcontractor agreements.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and project timelines.
  • Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

What You Bring:

  • Proven experience as a
    Contract Administrator
    in the industrial construction sector.
  • Strong understanding of builder-side contract management and project delivery.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple contractors and stakeholders effectively.
  • Proficiency in contract administration software and MS Office Suite.
