high-converting websites, sales funnels, and AI-driven lead generation
for service-based businesses. Our mission is to help clients scale without relying on word-of-mouth or referrals by combining paid ads, smart funnels, and automation.

We're looking for a
GoHighLevel / AI Automation Expert
to join our team and take ownership of building, optimising, and maintaining client automations that drive results.

Role Overview

As our GHL/AI Automation Expert, you'll:

  • Design, build, and optimise automations, workflows, and pipelines inside GoHighLevel
  • Implement conversational AI and SMS/email automations for lead nurturing and qualification
  • Set up calendars, booking funnels, and CRM integrations to streamline client onboarding
  • Develop AI-powered workflows (e.g. automated lead qualification, appointment reminders, database reactivations)
  • Support funnel builds and integrate GHL with landing pages, ads, and client websites
  • Troubleshoot and improve existing systems to increase efficiency and conversions

Key Responsibilities

  • Build automation sequences (SMS, email, voicemail drops, chatbots, pipelines)
  • Create and manage database reactivation campaigns
  • Integrate GoHighLevel with other platforms (Zapier, APIs, webhooks)
  • Deploy AI tools and workflows for client campaigns (lead qualification, smart replies, etc.)
  • Assist with funnel and landing page set-up when needed
  • Monitor automation performance and suggest improvements
  • Document workflows and create SOPs for repeatable processes

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience with
    GoHighLevel
    (essential)
  • Strong knowledge of
    CRM automation, AI tools, and marketing workflows
  • Experience with
    Zapier, APIs, and third-party integrations
  • Understanding of
    paid ads and funnels
    (nice to have)
  • Analytical thinker with problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and documentation abilities
  • A proactive mindset — someone who looks for opportunities to optimise, not just execute tasks
