What will your typical day look like?

As a Senior Consultant in our AI & Data practice, you will work closely with our clients to solve their most pressing business challenges. You will immerse yourself in our clients' world and use your knowledge of AI & Data solutions, problem-solving skills and our library of accelerators and frameworks to break down problems and design pragmatic solutions. You will help to engage with client stakeholders, provide guidance and advice, analyse complex business processes, design cutting edge AI & data solutions that not only solve critical business challenges, but to also prepare clients to thrive in an AI-enabled and data-rich world.

You will be responsible for:

• Solving AI & data challenges at scale using your problem-solving skills to truly understand the issues our clients are facing.
• Completing detailed analysis and design activities leveraging our tried and tested frameworks and approaches.
• Supporting our clients to better manage their AI & data solutions, using robust frameworks for governance and quality.
• Helping to design, develop and operationalise practical solutions that allow our clients to harness the value of AI & data to deliver tangible value.
• Working to present data in meaningful ways to our clients, using latest Dashboarding and Visualisation technologies.
• Working with the wider business to influence the AI & data strategies, architecture & design.
• Helping deliver insights from disparate data sources through the application of analytics, data mining and real-time decision-making techniques and applications

With guidance from our existing team of AI & Data experts, you will further develop your skills in one or more areas of, data strategy, data governance & management, business analysis, data commercialisation and analytics.

Enough about us, let's talk about you.

We are seeking a motivated Senior Consultant to join our Brisbane AI & Data Practice to play a leading role in delivering integrated advisory and technical delivery engagements.
 

• Minimum 4 years experience in the AI & Data field
• Bachelor or Masters degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Business or similar disciplines.
• Strong grasp of AI & Data fundamentals, with a natural curiosity and interest in the field.
• Ability to conceptualise solutions, clearly articulate delivery approach and designs
• Experience leading stakeholder discussions, playing a leading role in development and delivery of AI & Data solutions and guiding junior team members
• Hands-on development experience delivering AI and/or data solutions in at least one of the major hyperscaler cloud platforms - Microsoft Azure, AWS or Google Cloud.
• Experience implementing real-world machine learning, predictive analytics or data mining solutions using Python, R,  Scala or similar languages and/or experience implementing Generative AI solutions using industry leading LLM's and services
• Experience developing data visualisations solutions using Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Looker etc.
• Hands-on experience writing complex SQL queries and working with relational databases
• Experience contributing to and delivering the content, structure and review of presentations, documents and other stakeholder/client-facing materials.
• Demonstrable ability to interpret analysis and modelling results in a business context and provide commercially focussed recommendations that support our clients' business decisions
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Comfort working in a flexible and dynamic environment.
• Technical certifications will be highly regarded.
