About the Opportunity
Berendsen Fluid Power is seeking a dynamic Branch Manager to lead the high-performing team at our Richlands Branch - one of our largest and most strategically important locations in our national network.
This is a high-impact leadership opportunity where you'll drive operational excellence, foster a strong team culture, and shape the future of a flagship site.
With a strong focus on customer service and continuous improvement, the Branch Manager will be responsible for delivering financial, operational, and strategic objectives in one of the most influential roles within our organisation.
Our Richlands branch specialises in the repair of heavy-duty hydraulic cylinders — typically servicing the mining and heavy industries and offers complete hydraulic repair and maintenance services to a broad range of customers in general industry.

- Hydraulics industry knowledge will be highly advantageous.
- Strong leadership skills and a passion for driving performance.
- A proactive, customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong people management skills and a genuine commitment to team development.
- Sales and financial acumen to drive commercial success.
- Highly organised with a keen eye for detail.
