Your Key Accountabilities
The core capability requirements for this role are:
- Manage and lead a team to deliver program and project management frameworks, information systems, reporting, assurance and support services.
- Provide strategic, operational and tactical advice and guidance to Frontline & Digital Division management and client groups on the successful delivery of a portfolio of ICT programs and projects.
- Foster an environment of continuous improvement and lead the implementation of operational efficiency strategies.
- Develop operational plans, processes and procedures for the provision of services and champion the adherence to policies and standards.
- Ensure internal and external stakeholder engagement is well managed via best practice client and supplier management and enables effective and efficient operational service delivery.
- Manage the operations of the Communications Infrastructure Development Centre team through effective human resource and financial management practices and principles.

Technical/ Operational/ Educational experience
Highly Desirable Skills
- Demonstrated experience implementing enterprise scale Project Portfolio Management information systems.
- Accreditation in PRINCE2 methodologies and demonstrated application of appropriate tool sets
