Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Strata Manager located in Brisbane City, QLD. The Strata Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing property, coordinating with property owners and residents, enforcing by-laws, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

We have a 4-day work week for our Strata Managers - at full time pay.

We believe in turning the tide of mental health and balance in our Industry.

It is part of our 'Work-Well / Play-Well' initiative.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for liaising with property owners and residents
  • Knowledge of strata law and regulations
  • Ability to understand by-laws and ensure compliance
  • Proficiency in administration and record-keeping
  • Experience in conflict resolution and problem-solving
  • Experienced Strata Manager required - 20+ schemes / over 900 lots experience.
